Bernie Lawless has been Head of Finance since 2002 and in 2007 was appointed Head of Strategy & Change. She joined the Natwest Group in 1984. Since then she has held various positions predominantly in the finance function with responsibilities spanning the trust companies in the offshore locations of Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Cayman and Bahamas and more recently Geneva and Vaduz.
